Description:
Utah Cancer Specialists is seeking an experienced clinical research leader to oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations across multiple oncology sites. This role is responsible for driving patient enrollment, integrating research into clinic workflows, leading patient-facing research staff, and ensuring high-quality execution of clinical trials in partnership with physicians, providers, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical operations for oncology research studies across all sites
Develop strategies to improve patient screening, recruitment, and enrollment
Supervise Clinical Research Coordinators, research nurses, and patient-facing research staff
Ensure protocol compliance and high-quality study execution
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, clinic leadership, and compliance teams
Monitor enrollment metrics and resolve operational barriers
Support staff onboarding, training, and performance development
Requirements:
Qualifications
5+ years of clinical research and/or oncology experience
Prior leadership or management experience required
Strong communication, organiz ational, and operational skills
NP, PA, or MSN required
Active Utah clinical license required
