OT Management is looking to hire a Grounds Person.
Responsibilities:

Clean Stairwells.

Bush and tree trimming.

Powerwashing.
-
Keep interiors and exteriors clean.
-
Move materials into apartments.
-
Removes trash and bring to dumpsters.
-
Clean apartments.
THE FOLLOWING IS PREFERRED, NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED:
-
Light electric, light plumbing.
-
Assist other team members.
-
Sweep and vaccum hvac units.
-
Filter Changing.
-
Sheetrock, spackle and paint units.
Requirements:

Must have valid drivers license.

Must be a team player.
