In-Home ABA Therapy | Chicago & Surrounding Suburbs
Beyond Limits Behavioral Services is a dedicated in-home autism therapy provider serving individuals and families in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We are a professional, collaborative, and supportive team with one mission: promoting skill acquisition, independence, and quality of life for every client we serve.
We are looking for a BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized treatment for children ages 2-10 in their home environments, and to guide and support our team of RBTs in delivering high-quality care.

- Conduct caregiver training to support generalization of skills across environments
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 8 to 12 clients
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, and outside providers to ensure coordinated, consistent care
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences as needed
You may ALSO qualify if you are...
- A current BCBA in good standing (active certification required)
- An experienced clinician looking for a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Someone passionate about mentoring RBTs and developing clinical talent
- A candidate seeking a caseload-managed, in-home role rather than a high-volume clinic setting

- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a BCBA required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Reliable personal transportation (in-home client visits required across Chicago and suburbs)
- Strong assessment, data analysis, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff
- The ability to pass a background check
