A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team
This includes:
- Producing high quality food
- Delivering the Cottage Inn experience
- Developing others for career growth
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
A Shift Leader is expected to:
- Work 30-40 hours per week
- Have reliable transportation
- Communicate with management team of any issues they are having
- Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere
- Provide an exceptional experience to all customers
- Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
- Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists
- Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people per shift
Qualifications for the job:
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
