- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures

Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare team members to evaluate patient needs

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and provide patient education regarding the anesthesia process

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the operating room

Manage post-anesthesia care and address any complications

Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department

Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records

Stay current with advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies
- Active CRNA license in the state of Florida

Prior experience in an anesthesiology practice preferred

Strong understanding of anesthesia pharmacology

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program

Level I Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma
Schedule: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
582 med/surg beds, 40 ICU beds
39 onsite anesthetizing locations
Diverse caseload
Must be comfortable with pediatric patients
