What You'll Do
As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the bridge between clinical care and patient commitment. You'll be the person patients trust to guide them through their treatment journey — from diagnosis to a confident "yes."
- Present treatment plans clearly, compassionately, and confidently
- Help patients understand the value of recommended care and navigate their options
- Build lasting relationships that keep patients coming back and referring others
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to support case acceptance
- Manage follow-up on pending treatment and unscheduled patients
- Handle financial conversations, including payment options and insurance coordination
- Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture
- Help drive practice goals through accountability and collaboration
- Support team initiatives, meetings, and growth opportunities

- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting (treatment coordinating, front office, or clinical background welcome)
