Responsibilities
- Remove debris, dust, and construction materials from all areas of the property to prepare it for occupancy
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to achieve a streak-free finish
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to restore their original shine and safety
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health standards
- Inspect the site for any missed spots or safety hazards and address them promptly
- Use specialized cleaning equipment such as power washers or industrial vacuums when necessary
- Collaborate with project managers or contractors to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
Experience
- Prior experience in post construction or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
