Responsibilities
- Manage daily dining room operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and supervise dining room staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
