- Strong customer service skills (customers complete surveys after every delivery)
- Ability to lift heavy items (Treadmills require a 2-man team) and carry equipment up/down stairs safely
- Experience professionally installing Peloton Treadmills and Bikes in residential homes a plus
- Must pass background check (no felonies, no pending cases) and 5-panel drug screen (weed included)
- Available Monday – Saturday and able to work a full week (we can work with your availability)
- 1099 Independent Contractor position – All Black uniform required
Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver Peloton Treadmills and Bikes to customer locations.
- Load and unload equipment efficiently using manual lifting/dolly techniques, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Navigate route driving schedules accurately to meet delivery timelines while maintaining a professional appearance on the road.
- Unbox, assemble, and install fitness equipment in customer homes or gyms, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining product features, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during delivery and installation.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of delivery trucks.
- Document delivery details accurately in company systems and obtain customer signatures upon successful completion of service.
Skills
- Proven experience in delivery driving, with a focus on heavy lifting and moving large items.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is preferred.
- Knowledge of route planning, load & unload procedures, and safety standards for heavy equipment handling.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects repeatedly and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
Position Summary
We are hiring a reliable Peloton Treadmill & Bike Delivery Driver and Installer to deliver and professionally install Peloton Treadmills and Bikes in customer homes. This role involves heavy equipment handling with a 2-man team on consistent routes throughout Colorado, including mountain areas. This is a full-time 1099 role with weekly pay, paid training, and a strong team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver and set up Peloton Treadmills and Bikes using appropriate vehicles
- Professionally install equipment in residential homes
- Provide excellent white-glove customer service on every delivery
- Work safely with a teammate on all heavy lifts (especially Treadmills)
- Handle stairs and navigate customer homes without damage
