Position Details
Job Responsibilities
- Walking and exercising dogs
- Disinfecting kennels and maintaining a clean environment
- Feed all animals
- Clean, pack, and sterilize surgical equipment
- Washing, folding and organizing all laundry
- Restocking items that are used everyday
- Keeping the hospital very clean and organized
- Compliance to follow established protocols and policies
Qualifications
- Must be able to work with all types of species of companion animals and have a basic understanding in the behavior of animals
- Great communication skills
- A desire to be educated and grow
- Must have reliable transportation
- Open availability including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to problem solve in stressful situations
- Should collaborate well in a team environment
