High-end downtown Syracuse commercial/residential building seeking a customer oriented, friendly, positive person to interact with residential and commercial tenants as well as guests, visitors, and contractors through the shift. This is a Full-Time position. SWING SHIFT 3pm-11pm. Responsibilities include greeting/welcoming tenants and clients, handling inquiries, assisting with elevators, directing clients to proper business, and assisting with package/mail deliveries. The Lobby Attendant will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time). If you possess the following skills and qualifications, please apply:
