Epic Solution Consultant | About You
As an Epic Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative data integration solutions that enable faster and more efficient access to data within the Epic ecosystem. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Epic applications, data structures, and integration capabilities to build scalable solutions that extract and transform Epic data for consumption by modern data platforms such as Snowflake. Working closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you will help reduce data access bottlenecks and accelerate enterprise analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Epic Solution Consultant | Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that extract, transform, and deliver data from Epic into enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and other cloud-based analytics environments.

Analyze Epic data structures, interfaces, APIs, and integration capabilities to create scalable and reusable data-access frameworks.

Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions that improve data availability and accessibility.

Develop and maintain custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and automation processes that streamline Epic data extraction and integration workflows.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Epic integration solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Provide technical leadership and consulting expertise on Epic data integration best practices, architecture decisions, and solution design strategies.
Epic Solution Consultant | Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering, integration development, or solution consulting experience, with at least 2-3 recent years working directly with Epic applications and data ecosystems.

Deep expertise with Epic systems, including Epic data structures, integration frameworks, interoperability standards, APIs, and data extraction methodologies.

Proven experience designing and building custom integrations, connectors, APIs, or data-access solutions that enable enterprise reporting, analytics, and data platform initiatives.

Experience integrating healthcare data into modern cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, data warehouses, data lakes, or analytics ecosystems.

Strong software development and architecture skills, with experience collaborating across engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
