About the Role
As a Precision Equipment Technician, you will play a vital role in bringing industrial cutting and sawing machinery to life. By transforming raw components into high-performance equipment, you ensure that our products meet rigorous quality standards and are ready for immediate field use.
Responsibilities-
Interpret technical blueprints and work orders to execute complex mechanical assemblies.

Utilize pneumatic and hand tools to perform precise tasks including torqueing, wiring, and component alignment.

Conduct thorough functional testing on completed units to verify operational integrity and performance.

Prepare finished machinery for shipment by crating, boxing, and including necessary documentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to maximize efficiency and minimize hazards.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve assembly procedures and product specifications.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues during the build process.

1-2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or a related technical field.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle vibrating equipment safely.

Prior experience in automotive repair or specialized shop environments.

Basic understanding of electrical wiring and motor systems.
