About the role:
Conrad Mortgage is expanding into real estate investment lending and is looking for a Non QM Loan Specialist who understands the investor mindset and can sell with confidence. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who lives and breathes real estate investing, knows how to structure deals, and has the sales chops to close them.
What you will do:
- Originate and close non qm loans for real estate investors across Northeast Ohio
- Build and maintain relationships with fix-and-flip investors, landlords, developers, and wholesalers
- Evaluate investment properties, analyze deals, and structure loan terms that work for investors
- Educate borrowers on non qm money products, bridge loans, and investment lending strategies
- Network actively in the real estate investment community to generate consistent deal flow
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of real estate investing, including fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, and development strategies
- Experience with hard money, bridge, or private lending products preferred
- Proven ability to sell and close in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Existing investor network in Northeast Ohio is a major plus
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently
