Here’s the Deal:
- You’ll work directly with kids and teens with special needs
- Help them learn new skills and grow through fun, supportive therapy
- Get hands-on experience (great if you're studying speech therapy, occupational therapy, psych, education, or healthcare!)
- Work in homes, schools, or clinics — whatever fits your vibe and schedule

What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one with children and teens with developmental differences (ages 0–18)
- Support learning, social, and behavioral development through structured play and positive reinforcement
- Follow treatment plans created by experienced clinicians (we’ve got your back!)
- Work in home, at school, or in one of our clinic locations
What You’ll Get:
- Pay: $19–$27/hour, depending on your role and experience
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $500 after 60 days
