Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with inventory counts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively
- Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or in person
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales transactions is highly desirable
