EXAMPLE OF DUTIES This position carries out skilled maintenance and repair work across Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores, warehouses, and offices. The role supports safe, functional, and attractive facilities needed for smooth operations. As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:

Facility Construction: Build and install shelving, partitions, platforms, counters, and related structures

Door and Lock Work: Repair door frames, adjust closers, hang doors, and install locking devices

Electrical Systems: Install wiring, lighting, circuits, and components in line with electrical codes

Plumbing Tasks: Repair or install pipes, fixtures, and mechanisms following trade standards

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles

Emergency Response: Secure damaged sites, remove debris, and provide temporary repairs during emergencies
