Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and cheese distribution with skill and efficiency.
- Maintain proper food handling and safety standards throughout all stages of pizza preparation and cooking.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools.
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer preferences and current trends.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and disposal of waste.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a timely manner while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, restaurant server, or kitchen staff is highly valued.
- Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
