Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
- Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
- Engage with attendees through product demos, brand promotions, and interactive activities
- Collect data from guests for marketing insights and future outreach efforts
- Manage social media accounts by posting live updates, photos, and engaging content during events
- Promote event activities and encourage participation through public speaking and active engagement
- Support sales efforts by introducing products or services and answering guest inquiries confidently
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or event marketing is preferred but not required
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences
- Strong communication skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform data collection accurately and efficiently during events
- Experience managing social media platforms to enhance event visibility and branding
- Comfortable speaking publicly and representing the brand confidently in front of groups
