Front Desk Sales Associate
Pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission opportunities.

Position Summary
Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting daily spa operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident recommending services, memberships, and retail products.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check clients in and out using the spa management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments.
- Educate clients about services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Meet individual and team sales goals for memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Assist service providers and management with daily operational needs.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and recommending products and services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $17.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional Information
Occasionally, business needs may require employees to provide coverage at another Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia location. When approved by management, eligible mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to a location other than the employee's primary work location.
