Duties
- Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve clinical services and operational workflows.
- Oversee staffing schedules, personnel management, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
- Manage the department’s budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial planning aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations to maintain accreditation standards.
- Lead educational initiatives, training programs, and professional development activities for nursing staff to promote academic leadership and instructional excellence.
- Collaborate with school administrative leaders to integrate health services into overall school operations and student wellness programs.
- Supervise daily nursing activities, monitor quality assurance processes, and address any clinical or personnel issues promptly.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and organizational management strategies.
Experience
- Proven management experience within healthcare settings or educational health programs, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive background in staff supervision, personnel management in education or healthcare environments, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare professionals working within educational institutions.
- Experience in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and instructional leadership in education or health services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead academic initiatives or educational programs within a school or university setting.
- Familiarity with education administration principles and school experience that support integrated health services delivery.
- University experience or higher education background is preferred to support advanced leadership responsibilities in academic health environments.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
