Position Title: Warehouse Production
Job Identification:
- Immediate Supervisor: Aftermarket Manager or Logistics Manager.
- EEOC Class: Labors and Helpers.
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
Wage: $16.90 per hour.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Production employee safely loads and unloads gaylords/trucks while wearing proper safety equipment and places material in the proper area of the facility. Loads store shipments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Loads and unloads gaylords/trucks and places materials in appropriate department bin.
- Sorts and inspects donations in a safe manner.
- Places items in proper storage area.
- Greets customers and exhibits a professional manner.
- Performs upkeep around the backroom/dock and ensures a safe and clean facility.
- Conducts self in a safe manner; works cooperatively as a team with other warehouse employees to prevent bodily injuries and property damages.
- Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team and/or mission.

- Demonstrates reliable attendance.
- Wears appropriate protective footwear.
- May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
- Knowledgeable about company’s mission, services and policies.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing/walking (up to 8 hours).
- Must work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift/pull/push up to 75 pounds at times.
- Ability to bend/squat/stoop.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
- Free from drug and alcohol abuse.
Equipment, machines and tools used:
- Hand truck.
- Gaylords.
- Rolling bins.
- Broom.
- Pallet Jack.
Personal Protective Equipment Used – Assigned at orientation/as needed
- Safety belt
- Face Mask
- Hand sanitizer (available at worksite)
- Disinfectant wipes (available at worksite)
- Gloves
- Goggles
