What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Impact)
No two days are exactly the same, but your core responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to brand and quality standards
- Ensuring every room is guest-ready, safe, and welcoming
- Assisting guests when needed — from directions to basic requests
- Communicating room status, maintenance issues, or concerns to your supervisor
- Managing supplies efficiently to reduce waste
- Handling lost-and-found items with care and integrity
- Supporting deep-clean and special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be moving, lifting, and staying active throughout your shift.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Flexible availability — including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
