Home Health Caregiver Position
Modani Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Union, MO. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional in-home care services to seniors and adults who require assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality in-home care services to clients, including bathing, cleaning, dressing/grooming, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration
Assist clients with essential transportation needs
Work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
Follow established care plans and provide reports to team members and supervisors
Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Schedule:
Monday: 12pm - 3pm
Wednesday: 12pm - 3:45pm
Friday: 12pm - 3:15pm
