KCE is seeking an experienced Concrete Flatwork Foreman to lead commercial and residential concrete crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, grading, and job site safety who can keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete crew.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and schedules.
- Read plans and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Oversee layout, forming, grading, pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers.
- Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of concrete flatwork experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential flatwork.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
