<p>• Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times. <br>• Respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Repair and maintain furniture and fixtures within the hotel. <br>• Perform general minor repairs to in-house plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems. <br>• Report work completed daily to supervisor. <br>• Respond in a courteous manner to guest questions, complaints and/or requests. <br>• May perform preventative maintenance and repairs in accordance with property standards. <br>• May perform general maintenance on property grounds. <br>• Maintain guest privacy by ensuring Key Control Policy is utilized and ensure no room numbers and/or guest names are given out without proper identification. <br>• Practice safety standards at all times and be alert to hazardous conditions. Report or correct any hazardous conditions immediately. <br>• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality of hotel guests and pertinent hotel information.<br>• Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals. Ability to interpret readings from meters & gauges and other measuring units. <br>• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment. And to clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.<br>• Carry out specific oral and written instructions.<br>• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. <br>• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.<br>• Must be thoroughly familiar with Employee Handbook and all policies and rules it contains.<br>• Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and operating guides.<br>• Wear proper attire at all times in accordance with the Company Dress Code. <br>• Other duties as assigned, of which employee is capable of performing.<br></p>
