Overview:
The role of the Warehouse Inventory Specialist is to maintain a highly functioning warehouse workspace while putting safety at the forefront. This role ensures that the correct components are available for production use with accurate inventory data in the ERP system. This role coordinates with our off-site storage facility to balance in house stock levels of components to keep a clean and tidy warehouse. This role will support all other warehouse functions when applicable and be a key member on the warehouse team. This role is critical for inventory control both in the warehouse and our external warehouse.
Essential Responsibilities
· Must follow all Safety Guidelines and Protocols—safety is #1!
· Must be a certified Forklift Operator
· Working with the warehouse to make a shared list of components that need to be transferred to and from Strategic warehouse for storage or use in production
· Working with Buske Warehouse and Strategic Transportation to arrange shipment/pick up with off-site warehouse
· Assisting Production Leads with components and raw materials for current and upcoming production runs
· Being a champion of inventory – cycle counts, inventory reports, and overall knowledge of the warehouse and ERP system
· Working with the Purchasing team to stay up to date with critical shipments and any shipment that arrives damaged or was shipped incorrectly
· Responsible for unloading of raw materials/components in receiving and maintaining segregation until approved for ‘green tag’
· Red tagging and dating new component / material arrivals
· Loading of finished goods shipments onto trucks and providing proper shipping documentation. Including verification of pallet count/quantity, signed packing slips and BOL documents
· Reviewing component/material packing slips, verifying count and entering purchase order receipts into Pilot within 24 business hours
· Escalation of damaged inbound shipments/materials/packaging
· Overall cleanliness and Safety analysis of the receiving area

· Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
· Adheres to strict personnel hygiene and work area sanitation standards as promulgated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is required along with compliance with applicable regulations regarding, OSHA, EPA, FDA, HPB, TTB in particular; and others as indicated within Evergreen Innovations Policies as written
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
