Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/Caregiver to provide compassionate, reliable, and engaging care for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. Duties
- Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, diapering, and nap schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
- Support children's educational development through teaching activities aligned with preschool curricula or individual needs
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress and any concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children across different age groups, especially infants and preschoolers
- Knowledge of childcare best practices, including infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare environments
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong cooking skills for preparing healthy meals and snacks for children
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members
- Passionate about teaching, caregiving, and fostering positive developmental experiences for children
