Villa Nail Salon is looking for a polished, energetic, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our salon. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxing, high-end experience for our clients, and that experience starts with you.
What You’ll Do
As our Receptionist, you are the "air traffic control" of the salon. Your mission is to balance superior customer service with efficient scheduling.
- The Warm Welcome: Greet clients with a smile, offer refreshments, and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- The Calendar Pro: Manage appointments, optimizing the schedule for our technicians.
- Communication: Ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Salon Vibes: Ensure the waiting area stays pristine, organized, and inviting throughout the day.
Who You Are
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a salon environment is a plus, but a "can-do" attitude is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using booking software and social media platforms.
- Professional: You show up on time, look polished, and can handle a fast-paced environment with grace.
- Problem Solver: You can juggle a walk-in client, a ringing phone, and a technician’s question without breaking a sweat.
