SUMMARY
Covina Kia is looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting and building strong customer relationships with customers and consulting with them on all their service needs. This role requires thoroughly inspecting each vehicle, selling and promoting additional services, keeping customers informed about their service, handling all incoming service calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by building customer relations!
- Know the product well enough to answer questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates with outside brand experience are encouraged to apply
- Outgoing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency required.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and be in good standing with DMV.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Experience using MPI and Service Lane Tool.
- Dealership experience as a Service Advisor
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING
- Commission based, to be discussed in Interview.
- 7 am to 6 pm during the week, Saturday 7a-5pm
