Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota teaching license
- Certification in Special Education (any area)
- Certification in Elementary General Education
- Experience working with students with cognitive impairments or OHD disabilities preferred
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet individualized learning needs

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction in both special education and elementary general education, either on-site or at a mutually agreed location
- Work approximately 10 hours per week (up to 1 hour per day for each certification, with flexibility for after-school hours)
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of a homebound student
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow all program guidelines
