Available Shifts
We are currently hiring exclusively for Second Shift positions.
Typical schedules include:
- 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM (CT)
- 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM (CT)
- 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CT)
- 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (CT)
- 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM (CT)
- 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM (CT)
- 6–8 hour weekend DAYSHIFTS, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays required
- Schedules are consistent from week to week, with opportunities to pick up additional hours based on business needs.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Open availability during training.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
- Most schedules include weekend shifts.
- Because we provide 24/7 service for essential businesses, holiday availability is required.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You'll be scheduled for a base # of hours and then able to pick up shifts up to 40 hours or more! Overtime is approved!
What You'll Do
As a Remote Message Center Agent, you'll act as a virtual receptionist and switchboard operator for a diverse portfolio of clients. Every day is different. You'll manage a high volume of calls for multiple clients, quickly switching between accounts while providing accurate, professional service. Every call matters, and attention to detail is critical.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Take accurate messages and route calls appropriately.
- Research client information to provide accurate answers and set clear expectations.
- Verify caller information with exceptional attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Adapt quickly to changing client instructions and procedures.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, attendance, and professionalism.
- Enter messages accurately while speaking with callers, minimizing after-call work.
- Follow client-specific procedures exactly as written.
Essential Functions
- Sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Use a headset throughout scheduled shifts.
- Read information on multiple screens simultaneously.
- Type continuously while speaking with callers.
- Maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple applications, browsers, and remote desktop environments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Previous answering service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Home Office Requirements
To ensure the best experience for both you and our clients, you'll need:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 desktop or laptop.
- High quality USB headset
- Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet required; Wi-Fi is not permitted).
- Internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
- Two monitors (dual-screen setup required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled work hours.
- External keyboard and mouse (required for laptop users).
- Webcam (used during orientation only).
