Community Transit Driver (Full-Time & Part-Time)

City And Rural Rides is now hiring dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Community Transit Drivers serving Brown, Eastland, Erath, Stephens, Taylor, and Lampasas Counties.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport passengers to work, medical appointments, and daily activities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist riders with mobility needs when necessary
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain safety standards
Position Details
- Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week
- Part-Time: Approximately 28 hours per week
- Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement: Starting at $15.00/hour (preferred, not required)
Training & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have or be willing to obtain (we provide free training):
- Defensive Driving Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Must pass required drug/alcohol screening and physical
