Curate, a division of Forward Solutions, is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to drive growth for leading foodservice equipment manufacturers throughout the Phoenix market.
This is an opportunity to work directly with:
- Foodservice equipment dealers
- Design consultants
- Restaurant groups

- Casinos and entertainment venues
- Healthcare and education facilities
- Multi-unit operators
You'll be responsible for developing specifications, supporting projects from concept to completion, building relationships with key industry partners, and creating demand for industry-leading equipment solutions.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Foodservice equipment, foodservice supplies, hospitality, restaurant, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience working with dealers, consultants, contractors, or operators
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to manage a territory and drive specification-based sales
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling large commercial foodservice equipment
- Ability to read kitchen layouts, equipment schedules, or project drawings
- Experience working with consultants, designers, or chain accounts
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary incentive bonus as determined by incentive program guidelines, position eligibility and Senior Management approval.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
