Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join a busy Gastroenterology practice in Winston Salem, NC. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant who enjoys patient-centered care, a steady weekday schedule, and working closely with providers in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Room patients, prepare them for provider visits, and obtain and document accurate vital signs.
- Review and reconcile medications, document patient information in the EMR, and support accurate clinical records.
- Administer injections and PPD tests, perform rectal swabs as needed, and assist with clinical procedures within scope.
- Educate patients on procedure preparation instructions and answer basic care-related questions professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and support efficient daily clinical operations.
- Work alongside physicians and physician assistants to provide excellent customer service and compassionate patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.
