Growing outpatient Rehab company with multiple locations is looking for an experienced OT looking to take the next step and grow. together with the organization. We see a mixed caseload of patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular related impairments, working to improve their function. This is an amazing opportunity for a full-time position, with a base salary and benefits as well as a first-year bonus potential of: > $65,000 based on productivity metrics or a part-time position, working 3 or 4 days a week, with a very significant compensation package, once again, based on clear productivity metrics. Our new OT will provide skilled services to a varied patient population in a very friendly environment focused on growth, good experiences for all, and great positive outcomes. Our ideal candidate has experience in outpatient patient facilities with a strong desire to grow and succeed.
