Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dishwasher / Lava Platos to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed.
- Support the team during catering events or banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards across all cleaning activities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Help with inventory management by reporting low supplies of cleaning materials or kitchenware.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations related to food handling is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
- Willingness to learn basic food preparation or catering support tasks as needed.
