工作职责：
- 负责公司日常财务管理及会计工作
- 审核日常收支、费用报销及付款流程
- 负责应收账款、应付账款管理及跟进
- 编制财务报表、月度/年度财务数据分析
- 协助完成月结、年结及税务相关工作
- 管理和优化财务流程，提高工作效率
- 与银行、会计师、税务顾问等外部机构沟通协调
- 协助公司管理层提供财务分析及经营建议
- 监督财务数据准确性及公司财务合规
任职要求：
- 财务、会计相关专业优先
- 3年以上财务/会计相关工作经验
- 熟悉美国财务流程及会计准则（GAAP）
- 熟悉 QuickBooks、Excel 或相关财务软件
- 具备独立处理账务及解决问题的能力
- 工作认真细致，责任心强，有良好的沟通能力
- 有物流、仓储或贸易行业经验优先
- 中英文沟通能力

Cool Pai Inc is Hiring – Finance Supervisor
Cool Pai Inc, a fast-growing logistics and warehouse company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for daily financial operations, accounting management, and improving financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and financial operations
- Review company expenses, payments, and reimbursement processes
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare financial reports and monthly/annual financial analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support tax preparation and compliance requirements
- Improve and maintain financial procedures and internal controls
- Coordinate with banks, accountants, tax advisors, and external partners
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or trading industry is a plus
- Bilingual Chinese/English preferred
