Identify gaps, risks, and constructability issues

Interface with clients and support negotiations

Lead internal estimate reviews and project handoffs

Track bid results and maintain cost data

5–10+ years in electrical estimating/construction

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards

Experience leading/mentoring estimators

Proficiency with Accubid, LiveCount, and estimating tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
