Marine Designer (All Disciplines/ All Levels)
Position: Designers - Levels I, II, III (3D Modeling)
Location: Newport News, VA (Onsite)
Position Summary
Genesis Technical is seeking Designers I, II, and III with strong 3D modeling capabilities to support our engineering and design teams. This role is responsible for converting 2D drawings into accurate 3D models and making revisions to drawings based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced technical environment and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert 2D drawings and files into detailed 3D models using Catia and Siemens NX
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback and design changes
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required

- Must be a US Citizen due to obtaining a secret clearance
- This position will require a security clearance. It is not mandatory when you start, but you will need to obtain it soon after.
