A growing healthcare organization is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to staff across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys resolving IT issues and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and help desk ticketing system.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Set up and configure new computers, user accounts, printers, tablets, and other devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support.
- Coordinate hardware and software repairs with third-party vendors.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
- Assist with maintaining IT equipment and ensuring systems remain operational.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
- A+ Certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is a plus.
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments.
- Knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN) and SonicWall firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Must be available to work on-site.
