Duties
- Greet and assist guests with their dining needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established guidelines for fine dining and catering services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest requests or concerns.
- Assist with banquet setup and breakdown as needed, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
- Provide support to dietary aides when necessary, accommodating special dietary needs of guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
