Responsibilities

- Oversee kitchen management tasks including inventory control, food handling, and cost management to optimize resources and minimize waste.
- Manage a team of culinary professionals through effective shift management, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Coordinate catering events and special occasions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution from preparation to service.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
