As a MoveCrew Lead Driver, the job is to:
- Drive and operate 26ft box trucks (no CDL required)
- Lead 1–3-man crews on residential moves
- Make decisions, direct your team, and create a controlled, organized jobsite
- Safely load, protect, transport, and unload household goods
- Deliver 5-star service that earns real tips and real respect
- Maintain a clean, sharp, professional truck
- Represent MoveCrew with confidence and professionalism
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record + your own transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Smoke-free on the job (brand standard — no exceptions)
- Professional, respectful, and reliable
- Strong communicator
- Positive attitude
- Clean background check
- Moving experience is a bonus — but not required
