Job Description:

We are looking for caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting your career or have years of experience, we offer a supportive work environment that values your skills and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Provide mobility support, including ambulation and safe transfers
- Assist with incontinence care, toileting, and other personal needs
- Ensure a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders to ensure proper care
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful social interaction
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- CNA certification is a plus, but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and attentive to client needs
- Ability to handle light physical tasks such as lifting and transferring
- Ability to pass a SLED background check and pre-employment drug screening
- A valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
- Dedication to providing high-quality care with pride
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Leadership abilities and a proactive approach to care
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
