Salary: $120,000-$180,000 annually + bonus potential
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a growing clinical research program. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and Principal Investigators to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials while supporting financial performance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the clinical research program.

Partner with executive leadership and Principal Investigators to establish and achieve research goals.

Oversee clinical research operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and research standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary research team.

Manage approximately 4 direct reports and 30-35 indirect reports.

Establish and monitor clinical trial accrual targets, financial objectives, and operational metrics.

Support the financial viability and continued growth of the research program.

Promote effective collaboration among research, clinical, administrative, and physician teams.

Identify opportunities to improve research processes, efficiency, patient experience, and trial performance.

Provide leadership across multiple research locations, including periodic travel to other sites.

Serve as a strategic resource to research leadership, investigators, and clinical teams.

Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or related discipline preferred; Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

7+ years of clinical research experience, preferably within oncology.

7+ years of progressive supervisory and people leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Experience supervising teams within a clinical research environment preferred.

Registered Nurses must hold current nursing licensure in the applicable state of practice.

Demonstrated experience with clinical trials, including knowledge of trial phases and research operations.

Experience developing or managing accrual targets and financial objectives.

Experience leading teams with multiple levels of direct and indirect reports.

Clinical research experience in a CRC or other patient-facing capacity is preferred.
Candidates with experience in oncology clinical research are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, clinical trial phases, and both industry-sponsored and grant-funded research is also valuable.
