Schedule: Full-Time (Some Saturdays required)
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Write accurate repair orders and explain services in plain language.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress.
- Recommend maintenance or repairs based on vehicle condition.
- Ensure vehicles leave our shop in top condition — and our customers leave happy.
- Helping customers with used car sales, in person and online
- Organizing and mingling inventory across our lot for best presentation
- Supporting general lot operations and dealership flow
- Assist in photographing and listing inventory for sale
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a service writer/advisor role preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A love for cars
