Location: Pacoima, CA
Pay: $18.00-$18.47 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime: Every other Saturday as needed

Talent Sourcing Direct is hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates for a growing beverage manufacturing company in Pacoima. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.
Job Duties
- Assist with beverage production and manufacturing processes.
- Pre-weigh ingredients such as sugar, syrups, water, and other raw materials by following production formulas and recipes.
- Set up and connect water pumps, hoses, and production equipment.
- Clean and sanitize machinery and production areas before and after production runs.
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Remove empty drums, containers, and production waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following GMP and company safety standards.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food/beverage manufacturing is preferred.
- Forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up) is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
