At Gering Valley Plumbing & Heating, our HVAC Installers don't just replace furnaces and air conditioners—they create comfortable homes and deliver an experience our customers remember. As an HVAC Installer, you'll work alongside an experienced installation team member to install residential heating and cooling systems with professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

What you'll do:
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment as part of a two-person install team.
- Assist with ductwork modifications and system start-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation.
- Complete installations according to GVPH quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Work closely with your teammate to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance policy.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- HVAC installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
