Qualifications
- minimum 2 years experience in Senior Living
- Luxury hotel background (Forbes 5 star standards)
- familiarity with eMenuCHOICE software
- Must have multi-location management experience
Responsibilities
- Culinary Strategy & Menu Development
- Talent Development & Leadership: recruit and train staff, site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Operational & Financial Performance: food cost, SOPs, vendor relationships, health code compliance
Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
